How we use your data
We collect your email and selected topic; if supplied, your name, organisation, phone or WhatsApp, budget range, message and one supporting file; plus language, consent record, limited UTM/referrer context and technical anti-spam data. Do not upload identity documents or confidential originals. Referrer values exclude query strings and fragments. Netlify processes the form, file and spam checks, and replies are sent from contact@frontierarg.com. If you request regulatory alerts, we may transfer only your email, language, consent record and limited source context to Brevo for double opt-in and future updates. If you request purchase, due diligence, market research or data-partnership follow-up, we may transfer your supplied contact and bounded request details to GoHighLevel for CRM follow-up. Supporting files are not forwarded automatically to either provider. Ordinary requests and related correspondence are generally kept no longer than 90 days. If you request regulatory alerts, we keep the email and consent record until you unsubscribe or the alert service ends. You can unsubscribe or request access or deletion at contact@frontierarg.com. Separately, Netlify Web Analytics uses aggregate CDN request data without cookies or client-side tracking; it is not linked to individual form submissions or contacts. We may compare only aggregate page, language and topic totals with aggregate form totals to evaluate content performance.
If you choose Analytics in the site privacy settings, Google LLC processes consented page and interaction events for FrontierArg through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. The Google tag does not load before you allow Analytics. FrontierArg sets GA4's page_location parameter to a bounded canonical frontierarg.com URL without query string or fragment and sets GA4's page_referrer parameter to an empty value. Ordinary HTTPS delivery can still disclose the frontierarg.com site origin and your IP address to Google. Google says it uses the IP address at the collection endpoint to derive approximate location and discards it before the data is logged. Our custom event fields are limited to page category, site language, consented interaction type and the fixed form or newsletter enums described here. GA4 also processes standard technical context such as the publisher-controlled page title, browser language, approximate location, coarse browser and device information, session statistics, and pseudonymous client and session identifiers. Granular location and device collection is off for this property, including city, detailed browser or user-agent and device-model data, and screen resolution. We do not send contact fields, user-entered free text, files, account IDs or submission IDs. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization remain denied. Your choice is kept in a strictly necessary first-party browser setting or preference cookie containing only granted or denied. You can reject Analytics or withdraw it at any time through Privacy settings; withdrawal stops future Analytics events and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies. GA4 event and user data are retained for up to 14 months. Google may process data in the United States and other countries under its applicable data-protection safeguards.
