2. What we collect
We process the email address you enter, language, chosen frequency, the FrontierArg signup surface, consent version and time, plus confirmation, delivery, unsubscribe and suppression status needed to operate the brief. The signup does not create a buyer, candidate or advertising profile and does not ask for sensitive data.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use this data only to request double-opt-in confirmation and, after confirmation, send the FrontierArg Intelligence Brief at the selected pace. The basis is your explicit consent. Consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
4. Processors and international handling
Netlify hosts the site and server-side signup endpoint. Brevo sends the confirmation and the brief and maintains the subscription and suppression state. These providers may process data in countries other than yours under their service terms, data-processing commitments and applicable transfer safeguards. We do not send the newsletter address to a sales CRM through this flow.
5. Retention and deletion
Confirmed subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent or the brief ends. A minimal suppression record may then be retained so we can respect the opt-out and handle legal or security claims. FrontierArg does not keep a separate application database of unconfirmed signup payloads; provider and infrastructure logs follow the relevant operational and security retention periods. We delete or anonymise data that is no longer needed, subject to legal obligations.
6. Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from any issue or ask for information, access, correction, updating, deletion or confidentiality. Where applicable, you may also request restriction, object, receive portable data or complain to your local authority. In Argentina, the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP) accepts data-protection complaints.
7. Sources and changes
This notice is designed around Argentina's Ley 25.326 and its clear-information and data-subject-rights requirements; GDPR rights apply where that law governs the processing. Material changes to the purpose require a new notice and, where required, renewed consent.
