1. Decide whether you are asking about cost, activity, permits or a project
“Argentina construction market” can mean four different things: the rate at which a defined cost basket changes, the volume of sector activity, planned floor area authorized by municipalities, or the amount needed to complete one project. The source must match the question.
A monthly percentage from an official index can be accurate and still be the wrong input for a house, warehouse, well, access road, solar system or fencing package on a particular property.
2. Turn national and GBA signals into a local evidence request
